Shipping & Lead Time

All shipments will be made from Singapore via DHL Express.

Estimated Shipping Days assuming no customs delays:

Asia: 1-5 Days

USA: 4-7 Days

Europe: 4-6 Days

Handling Time

All orders before 12PM SGT are sent out on the same day. 

We have a track record of sending orders out within one day but please allow up to 5 days MAXIMUM for orders to be shipped out. This is in the event that some bigger items require better packaging to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit.

Warranty & Returns

New Items (Brand New / Sealed in Bag / New Surplus / New):

Returns are not accepted for new items unless they are defective, and within 30 days of receiving item.

Used Items:

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges unless the item is defective. The refund will be processed once the item has been received, and checked that it is sent back in the same condition it was sold in.

Non-Working / For-Parts Items:

Returns and refunds are not accepted.
